Analog Design Staff Engineer

Major Responsibilities:
•        As an analog expert in temperature sensor, lead team to develop the state of the art T-sensor  and other analog products within time and quality requirements
•        Coaching and building team talent in analog circuit design
•        Give advice on company project management to improve company productivity and quality

Qualification Requirements:  

•        Master degree or above in EE
•        Minimum 6 years of designing CMOS/BiCMOS Temperature sensors preferably with accuracy better than 0.5C
•        Understand semiconductor physics behind bandgap design using parasitic BJT in CMO technology, including all effects of parameters mismatches, process spread, and packaging as well as their temperature dependency.
•        Design and layout techniques to compensate for mismatches and process spread.
•        Detailed understanding and experiences of production flows and specially calibration and trimming for accuracy and temperature.
•        Dominant in the following analog design: T-sensor, low noise amplifiers, ADC and PLL
•        Familiar with details of analog design method and techniques, CAD tool, physical design and design for test.
•        Ability of making technical feasibility study, design estimate and planning. Supervision of all design work of design team member.
•        Strong commitment in project planning and high quality mindset  
•        Good communication and presentation skills and cooperative spirits.
