RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. test data analysis
2. test procedure improvement
3. test technical study and practise

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
1. master required
2. Major in relevant fields: telecommunication, computer software, electronic engineering, mathematics etc.
3. More than three years experience in wireless communication with  3GPP
4. Has experience in RAN
5. Has know-how on test process
6. Has experience in test

Knowledge:
1. Good background of software test
2. Good background of RNC or NODEB
3. Background in SW development
4. Good written, spoken and listening English

Capabilities:
1. Good communication and team work
2. logic analysis ability
3. Ability to work under high pressure
