Roles & Responsibilities:
1) The job holder is responsible for delivering professional technical consulting, supporting and trouble-shooting to Microsoft’s embedded customers. Help customer to build Windows CE or Windows Mobile solutions by analyzing  customer’s problems, tracing customer’s code / dump and writing sample code.
2) Manage relationships among multiple customers, Technical Account Managers, Critical Problem Resolutions and other internal MS resources. Collaborate with both Critical Problem Resolution and the Product Group to identify system problems in the areas of source code, report customer suggestions and recommend fixes.
3) Record the labor and document incidents accurately in the job functions.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred.
2) 2+ years working experience on Windows CE / Windows Mobile platform integration, driver development or OEM related works is a must.  Good understanding on Windows CE drivers and Win32 SDK programming.
3) Strong technical background on embedded system architecture, development, trouble-shooting, and performance tuning etc. Good understanding on ARM, x86 or MIPS processors.
4) Strong communication skill. Fluent in both oral and written English.
