关于 PA的IP3？

楼上的谢了哈，其实这个概念和用什么测大概也明白，再看看书就好了。只是没有实际测过，细节不了解：比如用Signal generators 得到f1、f2，然后和路器灌入PA？然后用spectrum analyses抓某一根谱线？然后计算？乱了乱了，呵呵，我再去看看书

测试结果：
A：LNA在高增益模式下
测试条件： VGC = 1.5V, 增益 = 55dB, LO = 1747MHz
PRF1 = -30dBm @ 2018.2MHz, PRF2 = -30dBm @ 2026.2MHz
计算：Pout_IM3 = -48dBm @ 200kHz
IM3 = (-20 + 34) - (-48) = 62dBc
IIP3 = -20 + IM3/2 = +11dBm
B： LNA在低增益模式下
测试条件：VGC = 1.5V, 增益 = 34dB, LO = 1747MHz
PRF1 = 20dBm @ 2018.2MHz, PRF2 = -20dBm @ 2026.2MHz
计算：Pout_IM3 = -48dBm @ 200kHz
IM3 = (-20 + 34) - (-48) = 62dBc
IIP3 = -20 + IM3 / 2 = +11dBm

<P>1,IP3不是测试出来的,是算出来的.</P><P>2,阿土说的有道理,但是这个耦合信号比较小,可以不计.</P>[em02]

<P>补充：</P><P>1。两路信号源后需要两个隔离器，目的防止两路信号源之间的互调。同时强调互调还是比较大的，不应该忽略。</P><P>2。由于PA增益一般较大，所以建议SA内部衰减要加大（或者之前加衰减器），避免PA输出过大功率烧坏SA，或者SA出现过载失真！</P>

这样测的是IM3吧？

用一个信号源 输出双音信号，接入PA，读取频谱仪的TOI值即可。或者两个信号源经过合路器合路后，输入PA也可以。

<P>Add an attenuator and isolator is good for equipment and signal flow.</P><P>IP3 of PA often not as important as P1dB in GSM typr of PA. IP3 is more like to check PA operating bandwidth characteristic.
