Analog Silicon Design Engineer (模拟芯片设计工程师)
Job Description:   Location: Shenzhen, China

The successful candidate will be part of a high performance analog integrated circuit design team focused on the broadband communications market space.

Job duties include working with senior circuit designers, signal integrity specialists, application engineers and marketing leads, to assist in the development and bringing to market of next generation high speed communication products.

Successful candidates are expected to collaborate strongly in all aspects of the product design cycle, from initial concept definition through to final product release.

Job Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor of Electronic and Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent with 3 plus years of relevant work experience preferred and Master of Electronic and Electrical is a definite plus.
Candidates should have design and/or bench evaluation experience in one or more of the following:

?        Digital video,
?        Ethernet,
?        SATA/SAS,
?        PCI Express,
?        10BaseT,
?        SONET,
?        Signal integrity,
?        Phase lock loops,
?        Clock recovery circuits,
?        Switched capacitor circuits,
?        High-speed analog to digital converters,
?        High-speed digital to analog converters,
?        High-speed linear amplifiers,
?        High-speed trans-impedance amplifiers and/or high-speed custom digital logic.

Preference will be given to candidates that can demonstrate their potential to develop and grow into positions of technical leadership.

Other experience required:
1.        Must be an effective team player and capable of working with worldwide teams in a collaborate manner.
2.        Must be literate in both Chinese Mandarin and English.
3.        Good communication skill in English is a must.
