Role description
The role of EMC/Antenna test principal Engineer in the test house is to oversee and drive the technical accuracy and efficiency of EMC/Antenna test environment, test method, applied standards. He/she will be responsible for the EMC/Antenna test environment design/improvement, cell phone or adequate products testing and approval activities.
He/She will also work externally with other accredited test houses, internally with R&D to provide best test service in EMC/Antenna. Hands-on knowledge in test system design/setup/improvement and testing for EMC/Antenna Standard Compliance for cell phone or other EE products is essential
Operational responsibilities
        Design/Setup/Improve of EMC/Antenna test environment, test method for mobile phone or EE products development according to international and national standards.
        Evaluate test requirement from customer in the EMC/Antenna area and provide  test solutions
        Drive the accuracy and efficiency of EMC/Antenna testing and ensure the correctness and standard compliance of test report to customers (internally /externally)
        Hands on knowledge to test engineers in the same test area.
        Support R&D engineers for troubleshooting, defects analyzing.
Development responsibilities
        Track technology trend in related fields
        Give full technical support to customer
        Development of processes to secure the fairness, correctness of test resultst
