Position 1: Mechanical Engineers, working in Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Perform mechanical design on high precision and high dynamic mechanism for semiconductor packaging equipment
Job Requirements:
Ø PhD/Master/Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Ø 2 years or more working experience related
Ø Strong working knowledge of ONE or more of the following areas is essential
ü Able to use CAD software such as Solidworks, Autocad, Pro-E, etc
ü Able to use CAE tools for the structural and modal analysis on the mechanical system, to improve the design of the system.
ü Good understanding of kinematics and kinetics as well as strength of material in design
ü Good knowledge in electromagnetic device, selection and application
ü Good understanding on vibration mechanism, vibration suspension, vibration isolation and vibration control
ü Good understanding of high precision manufacturing processes
ü Experience in error begetting and error tolerance in mechanical design.
Position 2: Control Engineers
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Conduct the analysis on servo/motion control system
Ø Develop the advanced control algorithms for high dynamic and high precision servo/motion system
Ø Design the servo/motion control for high precision machines
Ø Diagnose on electromechanical system
Job Requirements:
Ø Master or PhD degree in Automatic control, Computer Science, Mathematics, Mechanical or Electrical Electronics Engineering.
Ø Knowledge/application experience on servo control and motion control for electromechanical system
Ø Knowledge/application experience on robust control, inverse dynamics, and adaptive control will be especially welcome. |
