1 电源管理类模拟工程师
要求：
1、微电子或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、五年模拟集成电路设计经验，熟悉电源管理芯片的设计。如LDO、 DC/DC converter和charger等。
3、可以正确理解spec的要求，并且可以根据spec选择合理的电路设计方案。
4、熟悉LDO , DC/DC converter 和charger 的系统工作原理。熟悉半导体器件工艺。
5、可以独立地,较完善地完成模块的设计和验证工作,并确保输出可以达到芯片设计的整合要求；熟悉芯片的设计流程。
6、熟悉实验室常用测试设备，会做产品性能测试；
7、基本的英语会话能力，很好的英语阅读、写作能力；
8、良好的沟通能力和合作精神；
9、工作认真负责，有较强的上进心。

Dir. Analog design)
•        As an analog expert, lead design teams to get project done and meet company’s expectation.
•        Coaching and building team talent
•        Make suggestions for product orientation and technique development direction.
•        Perform technical feasibility of new product proposals
•        Give advice on company project management to improve company productivity and quality  
•        Located in Shanghai, and report to Shanghai General Manager

Qualification Requirements
•        Master degree or above in EE
•        Minimum 15 years working experience in mixed-signal products development
•        Familiar with details of product development: design method, design process, CAD tool, design for test, physical design, system applicant, PE, TE
•        Abundant experience in leading cross functional project team
•        Dominant in certain technical area, such as PLL, AD/DA, Sensor, High Speed I/O, etc.
•        Ability of defining product architecture, making design plan, inspecting each section of design.
•        Capacity of managing and guiding
