1、Product Integrity Test Designer

You will join a team that strives for continuous improvement and excellence as a CDMA System Integration Engineer to grow your skills in the Lifecycle and Cost Reduction Access/Data group supporting various and exciting programs. This position involves the validation and support of the BTS products and configurations for the CDMA product line. You will prime and ensure the supported products will meet required Product Integrity and Regulatory compliances and standards. You will be required to interact with multiple organizations and personnel including other design and validation groups and personnel, NPI, DCR, PLM, TAS, Manufacturing and the direct customer.

Responsibilities include:

• Prime and ownership of the CDMA BTS and H/W Product Integrity to ensure all BTS and Modules perform functionally in complying with Telcordia, Bellcore and other standards.
• Prime and ownership of CDMA Lifecycle BTS Product Integrity Test Plan and development
• Prime interaction with external accredited test facilities to perform required test and validation on CDMA BTS product and modules.
• Involvement into audits and reviews of external test facilities.
• Troubleshoot and communicate test issues with various design groups on CDMA products.
• Interact with other test teams including System Integration, RF System group, Radio Algorithms, S/W groups, Product Test groups and others to ensure BTS achieves required results to meet program and product expectations.
• Review and approve external facility test plans and results.
• Responsible to plan overall program test scope to ensure validation requirements are met on DCR and Lifecycle projects.
• Work and interact with Project Management teams to ensure program deliverables are met through complete validation scope, handling of 3rd party labs, material management, identification and generation of issues though Clarify tool and oversee validation of resolution activities.
• Input into NPI system design through close interactions with design teams
• Interactions with all R&D teams including product line management, customer service, systems engineering and VO

Skills/Qualifications:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
Experience with software/hardware interface design.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience with Regulatory bodies including FCC, UL, CSA, CPSR and others
Familiarity with RF test equipment and methodologies

2、RF System Radio Algorithm Designer。

This position involves the RF and Radio Algorithm support of the configuration portfolio for the CMDA product line. You will work and interact with senior engineers and other organizations and customers including NPI Design, manufacturing, PLM, TAS, Vendors, Customer Account Primes and the direct customer including the support and resolution of customer and product issues and the development of new products to support the current portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

• RF system level and radio algorithm design and operation applicable to RF mobility infrastructure and basestations with basic knowledge of cascaded system performance.
• Verifies and validates RF system engineering and radio algorithm design performance by performing reliability and durability test standards; proving-out system design, radio link budget; tolerance, and worst-case analysis.
• System level test plan execution on CDMA radio algorithm performance and operation.
• Issue identification and resolution
• Interactions with all R&D teams including product line management, customer service, systems engineering and VO
• Ability to develop, understand and validate design documentation

This position involves the Safety and Regulatory test, validation and support of the BTS products and configurations for the CDMA product line. You will prime the test requirements and ensure the supported products will meet required Safety and Regulatory compliances and standards. You will be required to interact with multiple organizations and personnel including other design and validation groups and personnel, NPI, DCR, PLM, TAS, Manufacturing and the direct customer. You will work with the North America Safety and Regulatory primes, the governing bodies including FCC, CSA, UL to ensure Test standards and requirements are met and adhered to.

Responsibilities include:

• Prime and ownership of the CDMA BTS and H/W Safety and Regulatory testing in China to ensure all BTS and Modules comply with FCC, UL, CSA, CPSR standards and requirements.
• Prime and ownership of CDMA Lifecycle BTS Safety and Regulatory Test Plan.
• Regular interaction with North America Safety and Regulatory Primes to ensure applicable test results are valid and complete.
• Interface with external accredited test facilities to perform required test and validation on CDMA BTS product and modules. Includes regular lab audits and lab reviews.
• Review and approve accredited labs test plans and results.

This position involves the integration, validation and support of the BTS products and configurations for the CDMA product line. You will prime and ensure the supported products will meet defined compliances and interoperability requirements within the BTS and the network. You will be required to interact with multiple organizations and personnel including other design and validation groups and personnel, NPI, DCR, PLM, TAS, Manufacturing and the direct customer.

Responsibilities include:

• Prime and ownership of the System Integration to ensure all modules and S/W within the BTS products perform functionally while complying with Performance, Legal and Industry Standards.
• Prime and ownership of CDMA Lifecycle BTS Unified Test Plan (UTP) and development.
• Interact with other teams including RF System group, Radio Algorithms, Safety and Regulatory groups, S/W groups, Product Integrity Product Test groups and others to ensure BTS achieves required results to meet program and product expectations.
• Responsible to plan overall program test scope to ensure validation requirements are met on DCR and Lifecycle projects.

This position involves the validation of CDMA BTS performance, operation and capacity validation with multiple S/W streams in performing analysis and simulations. You will work and interact with senior engineers and other organizations and customers including NPI Design, manufacturing, PLM, TAS, Vendors, Customer Account Primes and the direct customer including the support and resolution of customer and product issues and the development of new products to support the current portfolio.


Responsibilities include:

• Test planning, test case creation & system level test plan execution on end to end CDMA voice and data network
• Issue identification and resolution
• Input into system design through close interactions with design teams
• Interactions with all R&D teams including product line management, customer service, systems engineering and VO
• End-to-End product and performance evaluation

Product Experience:
CDMA experience with some or all of the following:
•        CEMS/BSSM/MDM platforms (SUN e450 or Netra) – (upgrading and maintaining)
