BTS Capacity & Performance Senior Tester[/COLOR]
      
This role carries responsibilities, including (but not be limited to):

  Key driver to investigate any BTS performance issues discovered during support activities;
  
  Key participant in release features/activities preview for any BTS performance & capacity related discussions;

  Key role for BTS capacity & performance testing activities and analysis;

  To plan, execute, and monitor the all in-release support activities;

Qualifications:

B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in Mathematic, EE, CS, or related fields;

Strong analytical skills and mathematical background;

Minimum 1 years experiences on SW design/testing, preferably on product capacity & performance analysis;

Excellent communications and presentation skills with English;

Knowledge of embedded system development, TCP/IP, UNIX programming is an asset

Familiar with Excel a plus;


   System Design / FIT[/COLOR]

  Position Summary:Assures product/process performance by influencing design and conducting tests to assess   
  
reliability, maintainability, durability, testability, and supportability; identifying failures and causes of failures; recomm

ending solutions.

Relevant Experiences:The position requires experience in at least one of the following areas:

- CDMA BTS/BSC Callp, Resource Management, Signal Processing, Modem Technology, RF Performance

- CDMA System design and validation

- Collection and analysis of field data to drive design/test requirements

- Testing and troubleshooting, preferably on wireless networks

- Previous wireless design/test experience


Wireless Base Station Senior Software Designer (IP Focused)[/COLOR]

Responsibility:
    Solution design in 4G LTE BTS and CDMA 1xRTT BTS, including:

    Design, architect and provide L2-3 support of Routers, Switches, Security solution and network management  
  
   solution across LAN

  Provide recommendations on architectural changes and design enhancements to infrastructure to improve
         
  reliability, performance and reduce cost

  Creation/update process and documentation accordingly to requirements

  Design, provision and troubleshoot in IP network

  Evaluate 3rd party solutions based on business objectives

  Determine tools and procedures to monitor, analyze and baseline voice and data traffic

  Follow Nortel SW design process. Deliver the BTS SW predictably with high quality.

Requirements:
        Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science or related degrees

        Cisco CCIE certification preferable (R&S and/or Security and/or SP)

        Minimum 3 years experiences in IP internetworking, LAN Switching

        Solid knowledge of C/C++ or equal programming language

        Knowledge of embedded system development, TCP/IP, UNIX programming is an asset

        Good oral English, good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
