按一个pixel的大小来计算的，如果你的sensor是2.8um的，那弥散圆的直径就是2.8um。
景深的计算公式是：
        ΔL=2f2FδL2 / (f4-F2δ2L2)
××其中的数字都是指数××
其中，f－－焦距
         F－－光圈
         δ－－弥散圆直径

As I know the blur circle is two times pixel size, eg: 2.2um pixel size, blur circle is 4.4um.
