WDM/MSPP & CESR R&D

OVERVIEW
WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexing), MSPP(SDH based Multi-Services Provision Platform), CESR (Carrier Ethernet Switch Router)

Bachelor degrees or above in Electronic/ Computer/ Telecommunication or equivalent experience;

WDM/MSPP & CESR R&D Position (7)
1, Embedded software engineer
Description:  
- Responsible for embedded software LLD and coding in MSPP & CESR Line
- Responsible for embedded software debugging and unit testing etc.
Requirement:   
-More than 2-year experience in embedded software development for telecommunication products. Having experience in MSPP or CESR products development is preferred;
-Rich experiences in C programming;
-Familiar with Vxworks/Linux；
-Fluent in English, including reading and writing.
2, Senior Embedded software engineer
Description:
- Responsible for embedded software architecture design for CESR Products
- Responsible for embedded software SRS and HLD
- Responsible for LLD and coding for complicated embedded software modules
Requirement:  
-More than 4-year experience in data communication product embedded software development, familiar with Carrier Ethernet switch/MPLS and related;
-Rich experiences in SNMP Agent and MIB development
-Familiar with Vxworks/Linux
-Familiar with IEEE, IETF, MEF and ITU-T standards for CESR;
-Fluent in English, including reading and writing.
3, Senior EMS Engineer
Description:
- Responsible for SRS and HLD for EMS development for MSPP and CESR products
- Responsible for SRS and HLD for NBI development based on MTMN standard
Requirement:  
-More than 3-year experience in EMS development for MSTP or data communication products, familiar with Telecommunication network management architecture and related;
-Familiar with data telecommunication or MSTP products;
-Master JAVA，CORBA，SNMP;
-Fluent in English, including reading and writing.

4, Senior Test Engineer
Description:                                                                     
-Participate in all the integration and system testing for CESR products or EMS
-Responsible for ATP preparation and maintenance
-Responsible for automatic testing scripts creation and maintenance
Requirement:  
-More than 3-year testing experience in data communication products or Telecom Management systems.
-Familiar with IEEE, IETF, MEF and ITU-T standards for CESR or Telecom Management system;
-Familiar with operating MSPP and Data Test Equipments                                                                                                        
-Fluent in English, including reading and writing

5, Hardware Engineer
Description:                                                                     
-Participate in hardware R&D under the guidance of senior engineer;
-Responsible for Schematic Design, PCB design, FPGA design, debugging, testing, card HW design maintenance, etc.                           
Requirement:
-Experience in HW development for telecommunication products. Having experience in MSPP or CESR products development is preferred;
-Familiar with HW development tools;

6, Senior Hardware Engineer
Description:                                                                     
- Responsible for HW module architecture design and FPGA design ;
- Responsible for complicated HW module Schematic Design, PCB design, debugging, testing.
                    
Requirement:
-More than 3-year experiences in HW development for MSTP or data communication products;
-Rich experience in FPGA design
-Deep understanding in Signal integrality, EMC, reliability, DMF, etc.
-Familiar with HW development tools
-Fluent in English, including reading and writing.
7，System Engineer
Description:                                                                     
-Responsible for the system requirements definition and architecture design for CESR products
-Responsible for writing and maintenance SRQs
-Responsible for Review TRQs;
                        
Requirement
-More than 5-year experience in data communication products, or Telecom network management system development;
-Familiar with IEEE, IETF, MEF and ITU-T standards for CESR or Telecom management system;
-Having more than 2 years experience as system engineer is preferred
-Good communication skill
-Fluent in English, including reading and writing.


BBA (Broad Band Access) R&D

All positions hereinafter request:
bachelor degree or above in Electronic/ Computer/ Telecommunication or equivalent experience.

1, EMS System Engineer
Responsibility:
-Element Management System (EMS) requirements analysis, software design, development monitor, documentation, testing and verification.
Requirements:
-5 years+ experience in developing Element Management Systems for telecom or data communication products;
-Experience in relational database, SQL and related technologies;
-Knowledge on TMN framework, SNMP, Corba, XML, TL1;
-Good programming skills in java and C/C++
-Excellent organizational, communication skills and good command of English.

2, Senior HW Engineer
Responsibility:
-H/W product development, including design, development, deployment and maintenance.
Requirements:
- 5 years+ experience in Hardware design
-Experience in DSLAM, or Ethernet Switch or Router is preferred
-Familiar with the chipsets of Network Processor and Ethernet switching, High speed design and simulation, xDSL technologies and Optical components
-Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.

3, Senior Testing Engineer (Product test Project)
Responsibility:
-Manage the Testing group (Much experienced candidate may be appointed as Manager);
-Establish Testing plan;
-Organize the team to draft appropriate Testing document/procedure;
-Organize and ensure the team to accomplish the implementation of the testing assignments.
Requirements:
-Extended knowledge in Ethernet & IP based protocol, DSLAM is preferred;
-5 years+ experience in testing Ethernet/IP based products, DSLAM is preferred;
-Fluent English writing & speaking;
-Management experience (Preferred).

4, Senior Embedded Software Engineer
Responsibility:
-Develop the STP/IGMP function including requirements analysis, software design, protocol implementation, documentation, coding, debugging, feature testing and design verification
Requirement:
-Experience in developing STP/IGMP or other protocols for telecom or IP-based products.
-Experience in C/C++ programming based on Linux is preferred
-Strong data structures and algorithm knowledge;
-Good verbal, interpersonal, and willing to learn new technologies.
