1,LTE HW Specialist
Duties:
1. Design / develop / debug eNB control/baseband / backplane / transport board schematics, including evaluate and select appropriate components.
2. Define PCB layout rules and review work of PCB designers on an ongoing basis.
3. Develop hardware specifications together with system team.
4. Cooperate closely with software design, test and manufacturing team.

Requirements:
1. Education background: Master or above
2. Major in: telecommunication, computer science, or related
3. 10+ years high density digital circuit design and development experience
4. 8+ years NodeB hardware design experience on control / transport / backplane / baseband board/ transition line card HW design, or antenna(天线), optical, RRH(射频拉远), TMA(塔顶放大器) and repeater(中继器)
5. Strong MCU(微控制器), DSP, EPLD and FGPA development experience.
6. Hands on experience with schematics, PCB design on embedded systems.
7. Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with high-density electronic circuit boards.
8. Familiar with PCB manufacturing processes and coordinating projects through Contract Manufacturers (CM).
9. Strong experience to using variance EDA tools, such as Mentor, etc.
10. Firmware programming experience in assembly and C language on Linux system is a plus.
11 Have rich knowledge in technologies such as Antenna, LNA, RF filters, Rx and Tx RF circuits, frequency synthesizers, analog and digital signal processing for digital broadcasting and/or wireless communications
12. Strong experience of RF system design / test, including antenna part. Be familiar with RF test environment design and criteria definition.
13. Be familiar with variant related instruments and software tools such as EDS.  Experience in production calibration techniques and DSP techniques for correction/calibration of analog components is considered a merit.
14. Be familiar with radio circuit design / development / test and PCB layout.
15. Be familiar with EMC / Safety certification, product optimization and mass production.
16. Language ability: English, good, both written and oral

2, LTE SW Specialist
Duties:
eNodeB SW Senior Engineer work for embedded software applications for new generation of wireless access network. He/She will contribute to software design, coding and unit tests for MAD products’ software. Depending on the projects needs, He/She could also take responsibility as team leader of a small project team, reporting to the project's technical project manager.

Requirements:
1. Education background: Master or above
2. Major in: electronic engineering, telecommunication, computer science, or related
3. 10+ years software development experience. Good knowledge of SW development process and life cycle.
4. 8+ years SW dev’t experience in NodeB
5. Rich knowledge of OOD and UML, proficient using C and C++ languages
6. Rich knowledge of Embedded Systems and Real Time applications development. SW test and tools development experience is plus.
7. Strong knowledge of wireless telecommunication system, such as TD-SCDMA / CDMA2000 / WCDMA, etc. Basic knowledge on 3GPP standard, algorithms design and implementation.
8. Experience of leading a team to develop complex SW product, and cover all the design / test phases, starting from requirements analysis until delivery and maintenance as well.
9. Experience using Clearcase or equivalent
10. Language ability: English, good, both written and oral
11. Other requirements: Good communication skills and teamwork ability

3, LTE-eNB System Engineer
Duties:
在LTE项目中，系统组负责eNB硬件平台、系统设计、背板、控制及基带和射频板的定义。另外，系统组还负责软件系统构架、高层设计及性能设计。该小组不仅关注于LTE，而且还包括4G等工作。

Requirements:
1. 教育背景: 本科及以上
2. 专业: 电子、通信、计算或相关
3. 8年以上工作经验
4. 5年以上NB相关工作经验
5. 丰富的高密度数字硬件、无线电路设计和开发经验
6. 丰富的MCU, DSP, EPLD, FGPA及无线开发经验
7. 硬件原理图、PCB设计及嵌入式系统方面的丰富经验
8. 熟悉使用EDA工具、比如Mentor等
9. 语言能力：流畅的听说读写英语能力

4, Product Management Engineer
Duties:
1. Market requirements and competitor analysis
2. Identify and prepare product features requirement and roadmap
3. External interface and communication with MII, operators and partners
4. Product release and life cycle management
5. Product marketing communication and support to Marketing, R&D and sales
6. Product portfolio and P&L management

Requirements:
1. Education background: Bachelor or above
2. Major in: electronic engineering, telecommunication, computer science, or related
3. 5+ years telecommunication system related work experience.
4. 3+ years on telecommunication product line management or product marketing. Basic financial knowledge to manage the profit and lost.
5. Rich knowledge and experience on 2G, 3G, WiMAX or LTE.
6. Strong knowledge on 3GPP standard and specification, particularly the air interface physical layer, link layer and high application layers.
7. Language ability: English, good, both written and oral
8. Other requirements: Very good communication skills and teamwork ability


5, LTE-Specification-Researcher(标准工程师)
Duties:
Specification Engineer is responsible for standard analysis, research of 3GPP LTE and beyond, and also work with R&D to accomplish standard contributions, influence industrial and operator’s standards and communicate within international and domestic standard groups. Within China, there is MII LTE TDD expert group. The specification / standard team also target to be a member of this group and make relevant contribution from the interesting of LTE product portfolio development. Regarding to LTE TDD product requirements supporting, the specification engineer will also work for roadmap and design from standard perspective.

Requirements:
1. Education background: Bachelor or above
2. Major in: electronic engineering, telecommunication, computer science, or related
3. 4+ years telecommunication system related work experience.
4. 1+ years on specification / standard related work experience. Working experience within CCSA/ITU is plus.
5. Rich knowledge and experience on 2G, 3G, WiMAX or LTE.
6. Strong knowledge on 3GPP standard. Be familiar with algorithms design and implementation is plus.
7. Minimum product knowledge and background
8. Language ability: English, good, both written and oral
9. Other requirements: Good communication skills and teamwork ability
