Programmer Analyst (SAP)


Job Duties(工作职责):
1. Understand requirements from users or rest of the team (准确理解公司业务运作及对IT系统的需求)

2. Customize development or configuration for SAP R/3 and relevant integration (定制开发或配置SAP及相关系统以满足业务需求)
3. Deliver high quality assurance and value for full life cycle development activities (通过完整的开发程序交付高质量的解决方案)
4. Design, develop and enhance SAP programs (设计，开发和增强SAP系统)
5. Creation and/or updating of application or system documentation (创建或更新系统技术文档)

任职要求：
Job qualifications:
1. Must be flexible and reliable, with good interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude (主动积极，诚实可靠)
2. Good English verbal and written communication skills (良好的英文阅读和写作能力)
3. At least 1 year experience in customizing development with SAP ABAP/4, being able to debug complex code (至少1年ABAP经验，具备调试复杂程序的能力)
4. Good analytical and problem resolution skill (有一定的分析和解决问题的能力)
5. Proven experience working with VB/.NET or Java/J2EE, XML/HTML, Oracle SQL a plus (若有其它语言工作经验更佳)
6. Good technical documentation skill (良好的技术文档撰写能力)
7. Good team player and quick learner (能快速学习，具团队合作精神)
8. Able to work under pressure and enjoys details (能承受压力，工作细致)
9. University degree (4 -5 years) or equivalent degree majoring in IT areas. (大专以上学历)


LEAD SOFTWARE Engineer

Lead a team of software engineers to add new features to existing software package
带领开发团队在已有软件基础上添加新功能
Lead a team of software engineers to analysis and add SNMP based network devices to an existing software package
带领软件团队在已有软件的基础上分析并添加基于网路设备的SNMP
Develop and test integration interfaces with complementary enterprise management software applications.
开发和测试与其他企业管理软件的集成接口
Participate on a project team of engineers involved in the development of software and embedded firmware products.
参与软件和嵌入式硬件产品的开发

Deliver projects with a high level of quality within prescribed timelines.
按时交付高质量软件

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related technical curriculum required. Master’s degree is a plus.
本科计算机学士或相关技术专业。硕士更好
Minimum 5 years software development experience, with 3+ years in a lead software role, preferably on projects designed for use on Windows/PC based platforms.
至少5年软件开发经验，3年团队领导经验。Windows/PC 平台开发经验最好
Strong background in software design, documentation and implementation.
有很好的软件设计和实施，及相关文档书写能力
Strong ability to communicate in English.
有很好英文交流能力
Thorough understanding of the C programming language with the ability to review new and old code for errors, security hazards, performance implications, and maintainability.
在理解C代码的基础上又很好的重写，修改老代码错误， 安全性，性能和维护的能力。
Experience using SNMP protocols to communicate with network equipment a plus.
有SNMP及网络设备通讯协议经验优先
Experience working with interfaces between hardware and software is a plus.
有硬件和软件接口经验优先
