一、Field Application Engineer- Shenzhen
QUALIFICATION (DETAIL): ????
Communication, Computer Science, and EE bachelor or above ????
At least 3 years working experience ????
Networking hardware design/testing experience must ????
WLAN design or testing experience preferred ????
Good at reading/writing English ????
Good team player DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY: ????
Provide technical support to customer, including FA, RMA, etc. ????
Conduct training to customer

二、Global Customer Service (urgent)-- Shenzhen
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Order fulfillment, backlog management, RMA - to execute per T&C.
2) Logistics administration -  set up customer account obtain credit applications, work on AR and customer AP to ensure on time payment, shipment follow-up.
3) Revenue & bookings - Key partner in company's current quarter revenue management process, drive to meet company's booking/revenue target through revenue scrub process to maximize revenue/booking.
4) Project based functions - Participate in system enhancement projects to review issues resolution and perform validation tests.

REQUIREMENTS:
1) 5 years working experiences with at least 2 years related experience.
2) Import/Export knowledge, LoC knowledge
3) Familiar with Microsoft Office
4) Have knowledge of order management systems.
5) Fluent English both in writing and speaking
6) Good communication and interpersonal skills
7) Ability to work within a team environment.
8) Calm and professional attitude under stress situations

EDUCATION:
Bachelor

Be familiar with SAP system is preferred.

This position reports to the Lab Leader.  Successful candidate has minimum three years switch mode power supply design experience in flyback topology in low power (<100W), high volume, and cost critical applications.  

The Applications Engineer will reside in or nearby Shenzhen, China. His responsibility will include, but not be limited, to providing PI solution with demo board and design report, to test and analyze competitor’s solution, to work in close cooperation on customer project support with the PI China sales and/or & Distributors / Representatives, and FAE teams.

Education (state minimum requirements):
BSEE  /  MSEE &shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;

Experience (state minimum requirements):
Minimum three years of Switch Mode Power Supply Design Experience
Willing to locate in, or nearby, Shenzhen, China

Languages:  Fluent Mandarin, Moderately fluent English Reading, Writing and Speaking
