Title: iPAQ Software Quality Engineer (Enterprise WiFi)
Job description
As a quality engineer you are a member of a cross-functional team and you'll be working with software developing, manufacturing, or sales/support departments of entire organizations.
With your guidance and expertise you will help to identify quality measures and include these into products, processes and services. You'll actively support organizations or
departments to meet selected goals for processes and product quality.
In addition you'll be responsible for design, implementation and ongoing evaluation of processes, tools and products to ensure and if necessary to improve product and/or process quality.
your profile
Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in an Quality Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science
Experience in quality environment
Ability to advise and influence others over complex issues
Keen awareness of customer perceptions and competitors offerings
Exceptional consulting and communication skills
Project management skills
Full experience on software validation for Handheld product and Mobile Phone Product
Full experience on Windows mobile OS system, knowledge on more platforms is better
2-3 years experience in WiFi Enterprise Security,Radius Server setup, and WiFi Alliance (WFA) Logo Certification testing WM Logo test and certification
Strong capability to write test case and prepare test plan especially on WiFi, BT etc.
Research technical issues and generate creative/innovative solutions
Fluency in English communication
Experience on failure control and failure analysis Experience on co-operating with ODM
