Job description:
As development engineer within Teleca you mainly work with development or adaptation of application software or/and integration work towards different handsets or platforms.
Working tasks and technical area in detail can and will vary and depends of course on experience, customer and project even though the basic understanding of the special requirements in an embedded environment still is the same
We work project oriented, close to the customer in an open environment with a flexible attitude.
Freedom under responsibility is key words for how we want to work and this means that we have an undertaking culture. Projects should be accepted by the teams and the teams should feel responsibility for the outcome of the project. Since Teleca is an international company, support for projects can be given from many different offices with a vast experience in the areas Teleca is active in.



Responsibilities:
1)  Configuring and integrating software features into products and insuring required features work properly on mobile phone.
2) Driving the error handling, tracing and debugging of responsible features to achieve product quality target.
3) Optimize product configuration to fine-tune performance, memory usage and feature interaction.
4) Providing recommendations to development groups from product perspective during the implementation of new requirements.
