Senior RF Engineer (Design Verification Engineer)射频工程师

Job description:

•    As a design validation engineer for product development activity, candidate will be required to have a high level understanding of assembly language firmware, standard computer interfaces such as USB, wireless interfaces, software drivers and operating systems
•    Applicant will be a member of the development team and will be responsible for creating design verification plans and schedules
•    Architecting new tests and techniques
•    Tracking tasks against deliverables and project milestones
•    Communicating product performance information to a broader cross-functional development team.  Strong electrical engineering and data analysis skills will be required. Candidate should have
•    Good understanding of RF design and RF testing
•    Be able to develop test solution for 27Mhz, 2.4Ghz or other RF products
•    Conduct design analysis and participate in design reviews related to RF design and RF performance
•    Candidate should be to translate customer needs and product performance to measurable test parameters in order to define design criteria for product development. Candidate should be able to define critical performance metrics, product manufacturing environment and statistical data analysis techniques to develop manufacturing test requirements and limits related to RF performance
•    Candidates should have excellent leadership skills, problem solving skills and a passion for developing world class products. Candidate should posses good communication and team leadership skills
•    Proven ability to work well with worldwide teams and across technical, business and marketing groups is required

Requirements:
•    A BS or MS in Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related degree with relevant experience.
•    6 to 12 years of industry related experience including the product design or design verification of high volume consumer electronics in RF area.
•    Solid knowledge of theory and principles of RF design and testing.
•    Working knowledge and experience of antenna design, RF circuit design and RF testing is a must.
•    Direct working knowledge and experience of 27Mhz, 2.4 Ghz or Bluetooth consumer products is a big plus.
•    Ability to demonstrate a strong skill-set in analytical problem solving, a history of increasing responsibilities and decision-making experience.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communications in English is a plus.
