Position 1: 系统设计工程师 Systems Design Engineer

1. Conduct WinCE device driver design and development;
2. Co-operate with algorithm engineers in hardware API design;
3. Co-operate with IC engineers in hardware implementation;

Requirements:
1. 3+ year work experience in the embedded field, and at least 1 year direct experience in WinCE driver design;
2. Familiar with embedded processors such as X-scale, ARM, MIPS;
3. Experienced in low level C and assembly programming
4. An EE or computer science/engineering bachelor degree is required;
5. Familiar with lab equipments (logic analyzer, digital scope, ICE, etc) and testing;
6. Comfortable with English communications is a big plus;
7. Well disciplined, dedicated to work, highly motivated and self-driven, team work and interpersonal skills;



Position 2:
视频算法工程师 Video Algorithm Engineer
Responsibility:
1.     Conduct research and development in various video enhancement algorithms;
2.     Code, simulate, optimise, and test algorithms in software;
3.     Co-operate with IC engineers in hardware implementation;
Requirements:
1.     Strong mathematical background and signal processing skills;
2.     Fixed-point C/C++ and MATLAB programming;
3.     3+ years working experience in related fields, an EE or computer science/engineering master degree or above is preferred;
4.     Be comfortable with English communications;
5.     Well disciplined, dedicated to work, highly motivated and self-driven, team work and interpersonal skills;
6.     Some video codec, IC design, or FPGA experience will be a big plus.

Position 3:

视频算法优化工程师 Video Algorithm Optimisation Engineer

Responsibility:
1.     Conduct code optimisation for various video enhancement algorithms based on ARM, DSP and other embedded devices;
Requirements:
1.     Direct experience in optimisation based on one or several embedded devices, e. g., ARM, DSP;
2.     Master fixed-point C and at least one assembly language;
3.     Very familiar with hardware architecture of embedded systems;
4.     3+ years working experience in related fields, an EE or computer science/engineering master degree or above is preferred;
5.     Be comfortable with English communications;
6.     Well disciplined, dedicated to work, highly motivated and self-driven, team work and interpersonal skills;
7.     Some video codec, processing algorithm design experience will be a big plus.

4. An EE or computer science/engineering bachelor degree is required;

Position: Senior Video Quality Control Engineer

Responsibility:
1.     Examination, verification and testing on effects and qualities of various video enhancement algorithms, during both design and integration phases;
2.     Co-operation with algorithm engineers in modification and improvement on their algorithms;
3.     Co-operation with systems and application engineers in product delivery.
Requirements:
1.     3+ years working experience in related fields, e. g., home or industrial video production, TV systems, imaging industry, an EE or computer science/engineering first degree or above is preferred;
2.     Be comfortable with English communications;
3.     Well disciplined, dedicated to work, highly motivated and self-driven, team work and interpersonal skills;
4.     Some video knowledge and experience will be a big plus, e. g., de-interlacing, de-blocking, 3:2 pull-down, noise reduction, edge, contrast and colour enhancement, scaling.
