DSP Software Engineer(team leader level)

Responsibility:
Conduct real-time embedded video software implementations, especially optimisation on the state-of-the-art DSP down to assembly level.
Requirements:

1+ year solid experience in TI DSP, including Da Vinci;
Understand DSP algorithms and real-time system software optimisation and testing, implementation of video algorithms on DSP is a must;
Familiar with video algorithm and implementation trade-offs;
Very comfortable with C and assembly languages;
4+ years working experience in related fields, an EE or computer science/engineering first degree or above is required;
Well disciplined, dedicated to work, highly motivated and self-driven, team work and interpersonal skills;
Be comfortable with English communications;
