Sorry, I cannot type chinese now. I have successfully research and designed two 2.4GHz oscillator, so maybe I can share with you about my experiences. If you are using common base configuration to design oscillator, then:
for your question 1: There are certainly relationship between matching condition at loading and frequency. You can actually derive the expression of oscillation frequency by yourself using small signal model. As for the amplitude, there is little relationship, of course amplitude is proportional to Vcc or DC biasing. But the final amplitude is limited by non-linear amplification of the transistor. You simply cannot control it. You can only simulate it in software.
for your question 2: The two ways of designing common base oscilator that you mentioned are both correct. Of course amplitude cannot be exactly the same, but oscillation frequency should be almost the same. The difference may be due to the different loading condition of the oscillator.
