[讨论] 请问NORDIC 24XX系列 输出阻抗匹配?

相信 NORDIC 公司生产的系列芯片 NRF24XX 系列 大家都不陌生吧.

它RF输出有两个脚, 但通常只用一个单端输出到天线.

请问有哪位知道, 这个由 双端差分 变成 单端天线 匹配电路的设计方法啊?

最好能结合其DATASHEET上的元件值给以讲解,谢谢啦!

(注: 偶试着用圆图工具分析它给出的推荐匹配电路,但不对头啊,都转到圆图边上去啦,哪能匹配呀!)

<P>请问哪位知道 L1,C11,C12及C13的设计计算方法呀?</P><P>本来我的理解是这样的:</P><P>NRF24E1 RF 差分输出(ANT1,ANT2), 经这4个元件进行阻抗匹配,注意,匹配后仍然是差分信号, 然后再一端接地,一端接天线.</P><P>换句话说, 这4个元件只起到阻抗匹配作用, 而根本没起到Balun的作用,即不能进行反相操作.</P><P>但偶不解的是, 阻抗匹配中, 好象没有这种串完电容(C11或C12),再并联电容(C13)的呀?  这在圆图上是两个相反的过程啊!</P><P>请大家讨论, 这4个元件到底是不是阻抗匹配用途的啊? 难道这就是传说中的宽带匹配???</P><P>但大家可以用圆图试着转转看, 最后点落在圆的边缘啦  [em04]</P><P>谢谢啦!</P>[br]<p align=right><font color=red>+5 RD币</font></p>

<P>It looks like you might have an old version of the datasheet. The newest, revision 1.2, is from june 2004, and can be downloaded from our web-page.</P><P>The impedance at the antenna is 100 + j 175 ohms.</P><P>ANT1 and ANT2 are bidirectional. The nRF24E1 is both transmitter and receiver.</P><P>The matching network is a balun which converts the RF-signal from differential to single ended. The new matching network is a bit different from the one I think you are using, and it has a better suppression of harmonic spurs. The shunt capacitor is no longer used.</P><P>If you are going to use a 50 ohm antenna (most antennas are 50 ohms), you just use the matching network we provide.</P><P>

We use a quite complicated ADS model to simulate the performance of the network. The stray capasitances are in the pF areas, the same values as some of the caps. So the impact is great.</P><P>&gt; 5.      Like Fig.4, just one series capacitor can transform (50+j87.5) to 50!
