what kind of certificate or degree required for R&D engineer?

1. Master of Engineering or Master of Science
Normally, Europe/USA MNC recruit those engineer with Master degree, especial those
IC chip company. So part-time study to get a EE/CS master degree is required. In
Shanghai, jiaotong University provide such course.
2. MBA
If you want to be promoted to a section manager or R&D manager, it would be more chance if with a MBA degree. Also it is possible to change to marketing department if hold a MBA degree. Of cause, if want to change to another direction, full time MBA is better. CEIBS or CK MBA is best choice
3. PMP
PMP is a project management certificate. Not very difficult to pass the Exam, and the certificate is not bad.
