the PVT and ramp just test the TX Power versus both time domain and frequency domain when the MS in TX status ,and the shape of the spectrum of the modulation spectrum and the switch spectrum .and FEM means Front End Module ,is it right?
the modulation spectrum and switch spectrum can be tested directly with CMU200, they are 2 items under the same branch.
