English is only communication tool, if you could comunicate well, even your oral english is not that standard, it is also ok.

I think different companies have different requirements.
First of all,think in English,this step is the most significance ,and it's also the most difficult process on the way
of mastering it. It will take you several weeks to think in English way(every day you think everything in English).
Once you have achieved this,you'll find it so easy.just do it.
