A 2.8 GHz oscillator is phase-locked to a 10 MHz reference oscillator that has a single-sided phase noise of -100 dBc at 1 kHz offset. What is the single-sided phase noise of the 2.8 GHz oscillator at 1 kHz offset?

理论计算值与鉴相频率有关，如果不给出鉴相频率是无法算出的。按照一般芯片要求参考分频比必须大于等于3，取4，则计算结果为51.05dBc.[br]<p align=right><font color=red>+3 RD币</font></p>
