职责:
1. 组建并管理手机平台测试团队;
2. 建立、维护、优化测试环境及流程;
3. 组织实施测试方案;
4. 定期汇报工作状态;
5. 协调资源及时跟踪、分析、解决故障;
6. 为客户提供技术支持。
要求:
1. 计算机、通讯、电子工程、自动化等专业硕士以上学历;
2. 五年以上手机行业测试工作经验;
3. 良好的质量管控意识及严谨的工作态度;
4. 良好的领导力及执行力;
5. 良好的沟通及协调能力;
6. 良好的口头及书面表达能力;
7. 良好的问题定位及分析能力;
8. 良好的英语水平;
9. 有智能手机开发经验者优先考虑。
Mobile Phone Platform QA Manager (Customer System Integration Team)
Job Description: QA manager for Marvell total solution based mobile phone platform.
Responsibility:
1. Build and manage the QA team;
2. Build, maintain, and improve test environment and process;
3. Organize resources and implement test plan;
4. Report team’s work status regularly;
5. Coordinate resources to investigate and track bug resolution till closing;
6. Provide customer support as needed.
Qualification:
1. Master in computer science, communication, electronic, automation etc;
2. 5+ years mobile phone QA experience;
3. Pay attention to details;
4. Good sense on quality assurance;
5. Good leadership and execution ability;
6. Good team-work spirit;
7. Good communication and coordination skills;
8. Good oral and written skills;
9. Good issue analysis skills;
10. Good English ability;
11. Good work record of project/team management is preferred;
12. Work experience of mobile phone development is preferred.
