把系统时钟放慢，但是tdma frame处理时序不能变。

<P>When the phone is in idle state. The main clock is closed. very little circuit is working such as some of Power manager circuit , RTC and so on. But the phone will keep synchronous with base station. <P>在睡眠模式手机的大部分电路都会被关闭，连26M的晶振也会停止工作，但是手机会靠32K的晶振定时唤醒来跟网络取得同步，唤醒时间跟DTX（2～9）有关，所以睡眠模式是比较省电的。</P>
