As a team leader , report to Production Director
Main Responsibilities:
1.       Abiding by the by law of company and performing with excellent occupational moral; Vindicating company’s intellectual property
2.       Arrange and supervise design work. Insure to achieve the design target successfully.
3.       Make term more efficiency and systematization.
4.       Administrate and drive term for continuous improvement.
5.       Competing product research/ analysis and evaluation;  
6.       Connect and harmonize the correlative work between CECW and CDH
7.       Extending necessary support to sales& marketing, hardware, software, structure and architecture team.


Qualification
1.       Bachelor of Industrial Design or higher. Good ability of communion in English.
2.       Excellent aesthetic/form skills, well-knit art foundation and must be an acute brain with tech and business savvy
3.       Experience in supervise and administrate a design term or correlative filed.
4.       Excellent self-study and advancement ability. Fit in the protean environment and technical development .
5.       Requires outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Self-driven and independent.
