请教6516编译环境问题

在论坛里买了份6516编译环境的资料，有个事没弄明白。

OS:
Ubuntu 9.10, redhat enterprise linux server 5.4
=============================
1、这两个是任意一个就可以了还是同时需要两个都装？
2、ubuntu和redhat的版本一定要上面这两个吗，比这个高可以吗？
