请教各位大牛，在手机开发里，desense engineer是干啥的？
网上也查不出来desense这个单词的意思，我也没查到手机开发里关于desense engineer职责的描述。

麻烦各位大牛指教。谢谢。

Senior Desense/EMC Engineer for smart phone in Beijing
candidates must be fluency in Chinese and English and experienced in RF, Antenna and baseband EMC.
Role description:
The role of Sr. Desense engineer is to take charge of desense issue in the whole product life circle from the pre-study phase to mass production phase. He/She will be one member of EMC team in HW department, and work together with Antenna, RF, Mechanical and Test House team to solve desense issue. He/She will be responsible for desense risk pre-evaluation, simulation and test evaluation. He/She guarantees the desense risk of the products can be minimized or be well controlled to match project schedule under company's Product Development Process (PDP)

Operational responsibilities
ƒÜ Participate in Concept phase and pre-evaluate the desense risk from the product definition, then generate design target for Antenna, RF function.
ƒÜ Select suitable components, participate schematic design and mechanical design from desense point of view
ƒÜ Generate layout constrain rules for ECAD engineer and delivery requirement for MD engineer to achieve good desense performance, review the layout/MD file and provide suggestion
ƒÜ Take part in the accessories design, pre-study and evaluation, to determine the effects on radio performance when connecting accessories to the product.
ƒÜ Plan and take charge of all the desense relevant tests, debug issues and work with cross-functional engineer to figure out the solution.

Development responsibilities
ƒÜ Take pre-study on desense issue by simulation ways from the earlier stage of the product cycle life. Use simulation as one of the debug method during the design process and look at ways to generate some general design rules.
ƒÜ Improve the test method, develop new desense test system according to project requirement

Experience (Working/Education):
ƒÜ At least three years of relevant design experience for electronics product.
ƒÜ Bachelor degree above in EE/EMC/Telecommunication/Microwave major.

Skill & Knowledge (Techniques/Technologies/Methodologies)
ƒÜ Good knowledge or experience with the following radio technologies: wireless communication, WLAN, GPS, Antenna
ƒÜ Good knowledge or experience in EMC/SI field
ƒÜ Familiar with wireless test equipment
ƒÜ Understanding of radiated measurements
ƒÜ Experience with CST/HFSS/SIwave/ADS simulation tools
ƒÜ With positive attitude and can work well under big pressure
ƒÜ Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese

能开始desense engineer这个职位，说明这家公司对技术还是比较看重的。

Desense的含义，可比4楼说的复杂多了呢。

和测试差不多吧比如开着LCD刷屏的时候 FM可能受到影响——desense，播，MP3的时候耦合指标下降等都是desense
