职位要求：

Embedded Software Engineer
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and coding of Windows Mobile operating system
- Device driver development and integration into Windows Mobile BSP.
- Perform System level tuning / balancing and resource management for Windows Mobile BSP
- Coding of System functions (Bootloader, IPL, ...etc) in C/C++ and Assembly
2. Test and debug of Windows Mobile BSP
- Design, Develop, and Execute BSP stress / reliability applications.
- Design and execute Device driver stress / reliability tests
- Execute BSP test plan and document results; including Design Validation Testing (DVT) and Engineering Validation Testing (EVT).
- Design, document, and implement corrective action (i.e. bug fix) for assigned issues
3. Triage customer level III customer issues.
- Develop reliable reproduction process for field issues
- Work with PSO (level II) team to communicate corrective action plan
- Assist with bug identification and corrective action plan.
4. Execute formal Logo Test Kit (LTK) testing of Windows Mobile BSP
- Execute intermediate and formal LTK testing.
- Document and track LTK MTTF testing on intermediate builds and regression testing.
- Develop and submit formal LTK documentation for Logo Certification

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 2-5 yeas experience working with commercially available RTOS (Real Time Operating System). Proprietary RTOS experience is not acceptable.
- Win32 device driver development experience.
- 2-5 years embedded development experience (firmware, operating system development)

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Strongly prefer Windows Mobile? BSP development experience.
- Prefer Windows Embedded? / Windows CE? development BSP development experience.
- Alternative telephony operating system (Android?, Symbian?) development experience is desirable.
- Strong C/C++ development skills are required. Experience in ARM? assembly development is desirable.
- Strong ability to debug complex BSP issues is required.
- Experience at optimizing a BSP for power management and performance is desired.

- Ability to read and write English is required.


Hardware Engineer
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital electronics design
- Design and development of schematics for electronic assemblies
- Performs cost, performance, and energy efficiency analysis mobile computer systems
- Ensures design compliance with global HSM architecture plan.
2. Design validation and testing
- Performs design validation for internal and ODM designs.
- Develops, executes, and documents DVT (Design Validation Testing) test plans.
- Develops, executes, and documents EVT (Engineering Validation Testing) test plans
- Performs schematic architectural review with design partners.
3.Triage of customer / manufacturing issues
- Provides level III support for customer field issues.
- Works closely with BSP developers to triage issues and develop corrective action plan.
- Works directly with manufacturing team to resolve electronic assemble / system design issues.
4.Manages EOL components
- Works with sourcing to ensure compliance with HSM AVL component selection process
- Works with manufacturing and quality teams to test and qualify EOL replacement components

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is required.
- 2-5 years high speed digital design experience is required.
- Prefer design experience in portable battery powered devices.
- Design experience with RF/ Telephony systems is beneficial.

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Experience with Orcad? schematic capture tools is very desirable.
- Strong analytical circuit analysis and debug skills are required.
- Proven experience at trouble shooting field issues is required.
- Proven DFMEA skills are desirable.

Mechanical Engineer
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Mechanical Design
- Provide design changes to existing products
- Develop mechanical specifications, designs, parts, assemblies, and final products
- Work closely with Hardware Engineering and Industrial Design
- Interface with program management
2. Design partner support
- Make visits to our design partners to help with production issues and to ensure products are manufactured and designed properly
3. Technical problem resolution
- Prepare feasibility reports
- Make technical recommendations
- Field issue validation
4. Professional development
- Keep informed on the latest state-of-the art devices, techniques and technical developments and theories associated with the Mechanical Engineering discipline

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Pro /Engineer - Required
- Intralink
- Ansys or Pro/Mechanica
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with injection molding
- Thorough understanding of materials, particularly plastics
- Working knowledge of electronic, mechanical and materials design theory
- Experience with new product development of consumer or industrial portable electronics products

- Fluent communication skills in English both verbal and written


Application Engineer（Wince、WM）
Have experience on Wince/WM development
Familiar with the Wince/WM OS, know about the Win32API, windows messages.
Experience on handhelds device developpment(PMP, handset, PND, Phone) will be a plus
Experience on DirectDraw based display driver and Microsoft D3DM driver will be a plus
Experienced in SD Card and WiFi will be a plus
Experienced in DirectShow framework will be a plus
