Position Name: (Sr.) Engineer - Demodulator Algorithm 算法工程师 - 数字电视解调
Location: Shanghai[/COLOR]

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities & authorities are product oriented communication algorithm development, detail as below:
1.        Demodulator Algorithm development;
2.        Matlab/Simulink/C based algorithm development and simulation;
3.        Algorithm optimization for real RF signal or FPGA on-field test.

Requirements
1.        Master or PhD major in communication or digital signal processing;
2.        Familiar with communication system design, algorithm research, simulation and system testing;
3.        Familiar with simulation software such as C, Matlab, simulink, etc;
4.        2+ years experience in algorithm design, specialized with algorithms for digital communication, such as, synchronization, FEC, equalization, filter, etc;
5.        Algorithm experience in DVB-C / DVB-S / DVB-T is Preferred;
6.        Verilog and FPGA developing knowledge are preferred as well.


职责：
解调器算法开发工程师主要负责：
1.        解调器的算法开发;
2.        基于Matlab/Simulink/C的算法开发和仿真;
3.        算法优化实测验证.

任职要求：
1、        通信或信号处理专业的硕士、博士；
2、        熟悉通信系统的设计，算法研究、仿真及系统测试；
3、        掌握C/Matlab/Simulink等的一种仿真工具；
4、        具有2年以上的算法设计经验，熟悉数字通信的算法：同步，纠错，均衡，滤波器设计等；
5、        具备 DVB-C / DVB-S / DVB-T 等其中一种算法开发经验的优先考虑；
6、        具有Verilog和FPGA知识者优先考虑。
