Introduction:

This test specification primarily covers USB-IF testing of transaction translator units for USB 2.0 hubs.
It also covers testing new hub descriptors, commands, and functionality not present before the USB 2.0
specification. This specification does not describe the full set of USB-IF tests and assertions for a
USB 2.0 hub.
