Description

Broadband Accecess (DSL, PON, VoIP) is changing the way of world-wide communication, is changing the life of people. You will be part of an industry leading team, designing and implementing solutions for cutomers.
Full product development cycle / end-to-end responsibilities include analysis of industry trends, design, documentation, coding, software integration, testing, problem resolution and field support. Also support quality processes such as peer code and documentation review.

Qualifications

 Required program skills:
 experience in embedded software development, real time Multi-Processor Development Environment
 C/C++, and script languages.
 Experience in OO design.  
 SW testing methodology
 Required Konwledge in Broadband products
 Understanding of the DSL/PON/ONT/MDU/DSL/VoIP.
 Knowledge and hands-on experience on developing/supporting DLSAM/OLT/MDU/ONT products are highly desired.


Required Abilities:

 Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
 Ability to research, understand, document, code, and test software systems.
 Good troubleshooting skills.
 Clearcase experience and build experience desired.

 L2/L3 forwarding / routing Protocols
 Platfrom
 L2/L3 forwarding / routing chipset
 SW integration test
(Junior)
Minimum of 2-4 years experience.
(Intermediate)
Minimum of 5-10 years experience. General knowledge on L2/L3 protocols.
(Senior)
Minimum of 8-15 years experience.
Exellent Skill in leading project
Exellent Skill in leading team of more than 9 members
