QC-MSM: How to build up a solution of calibration and testing of audio on Pro

Considering a full solution of audio of phone, it is divided into two parts as show below.

a. Calibration for MB (Main Board)
For this step, it seems that there are a number of factories producing handset that never do it on PL (Product Line).
A replacement for this is that loading some profile files from golden samples into flash.

Therefore, aside from the above method, is it possible that other methods are applied to PL as well?
If possible, please explain more. Let's say,  what equipments used to calibrate audio on PL.


b. Testing for assembled phone
After assembling MB as a whole phone, Testing for audio on PL is to get started. The step is mainly focused on measuring and then verifying that whether audio parameters are matched with the standard or not.

So, how should this scenario of testing audio for assembled phone be built up on PL?
Let's say,  what equipments used to test audio on PL.
