1. Headspring
The 3rd Generation Partership Project(3GPP) is a collaboration agreement that was established in December 1998. Therefore, the technical specificatioins of mobile terminal for Global System for Mobile Communications(GSM) before it will be provided by European Telecommunication Standards Institute(ETSI). The collaboration agreement attracts a number of telecommunication standards bodies which are known as "Organizational Parterners". The current Organizational Parterners consist of six bodies over the world, such as ARIB(Japan), CCSA(China), ETSI(Europe), ATIS(USA), TTA(Korea) and TTC(Japan).
