Core Job Responsibilities
1.    Develop FPGA drivers to interface with RF front end, DSP and Network Processor
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
1.    MSEE/BSEE with 3+/5+ years of related experience
2.    Solid background in communication theory and working experience in designing and implementing signal processing and digital communication system with FPGA
3.    Proficient in VHDL or Verilog programming
Functional Competencies
1.    Job Knowledge/Technical Skills
a)    Familiar with popular EDA tools for FPGA development, e.g., ModelSim, Simplicity, Xilinx Foundation etc.
b)    Familiar with various data interface, e.g., SDRAM， DSP and MCU/Network Processor
c)    Familiar with algorithms in 802.16e e.g., Modulation, Framing, encoding, decoding, synch ,channel estimation etc.
2.    Problem Solving
a)    Strong computer simulation skills
b)    Experience in performance fine tuning for digital communication system
c)    Experience in debugging HW related problems
3.    Communications
a)    Good communication skills and team work for inter/intra group coordination
